Falling Apart

I'm too scared to get closer to you
And then it will be the time
You have to go
I just want it to be as painless as possible
I've backed away
Because all I want to do is forget;
Forget this pain
Act like it isn't happening
I just want to hear you say
That you'll stay
Because
I'm afraid, without you, I'll fall apart.

Day by day my heart is crumbling
At the thought of having to let go
I'm not ready to lose you,
Not yet; Not now.
I'm losing a little more of me everyday.

The thought of never seeing you again
Hurts more than anyone can ever imagine.
And Sometimes I think I won't be able to go on
because I'm afraid, without you,

    Great job with this piece. I liked how you used your own structure it was unique and different. The flow was perfect not once did it stumble and your words simple but effective. Really capturing. The meaning behind this was nicely done and I think so many people can relate to this. Well done a 5/5~mel
