Forgetting yesterday's thoughts, tripping over today's mistakes, and hiding from tomorrow's consequences.

Maybe one day, you and I could sit down and chat like we used to. We could discuss what went wrong while not shedding a single tear, and maybe just maybe...we could love again.

Why do I cry whenever I hear your name, when I see the picture of you I keep in my back pocket, or smell your perfume on the evening breeze? Oh that's right, I guess the fact that your gone forever slipped my mind.
