We live in days where even kids look forward to bed-time saying; "it was all just a reality".

When life's too big, take a moment to concentrate on the small. Close your eyes:
- bird song
- aromas
- textures
- breaths

Inner calm is with you, always.

It seems to me that the wrong crowd is made up of people in the wrong crowd.
