Each grain of sand went sifting through the others
And as I ran, I barely heard the thunder...
A snowy veil on autumnal seeds
Fends off winter with its life...
Amongst these barren hills I sense
A gasping tiny spark...
White water blossoms
ride high atop ocean waves...
Shimmering light on dawn's lake
A rising sun of caramel gold...
Withering days decay in snow,
as trees stand- shattered, torn, and whole...
The world swelling
big gourd fleshy bulk...
Forever
Cradled by the steady sea...
The old year
falls like a leaf...
Upon a rock we once revolved
Self-appointed pious souls...
There is no need to smooth out the terrain-
for who’s heart would bob and burst...
soft curls ebb and flow; gently
kissing the soles of my feet...
