In the arms of darkness

This seems like a piece everyone (poet) wrote at some point in middle or high school, but despite the cliche nature, you still put a personal spin on it that I appreciated.

Sad, but beautifully done.

Naazz, such a sad write. This really is so beautiful though. I love the way you worded each stanza, so much longing and melancholy. Lost relationships are awful, our hearts are broken, our world is turned upside down. You really have touched on this perfectly. I'm sorry you are going through this. Hugs my friend-

A wonderful melancholic write. The beautiful tone and nice flow made it a good read. I think to will fit well instead of and in this line from the second stanza:
'And change colors from red to blue.'

I like the ending stanza, it has a poetic effect, it lends well to the write but I must say I got a little confused with slow death and easy go... as easy go kind of indicate rapid death.
