Victory Futile
Once I raced my shadow...
The opportunistic
I let my door open by haste...
Upon a lagoon
As a river that flows downward and never goes...
In springtime the flowers all bloom
With colours so beautiful...
Rockets in the distance,
The heat seems not survivable...
Birds awaken
Dawn’s sweet grace...
I begin a word to them, in my head and heart,
And my fear of them, is obvious from the start...
Oh, indecency what ruin you have sown!
Once, this world trembled before the Almighty...
A tall oak tree
Blowing gently in the wind...
My burger was so tasty and fine
It was the best in all the land...
Twisting and turning, in a state of fret,
Nothing solvable, no safety net...
I thought I was locked,
There seemed to be no way out...
