It's hard to hold back the tears when they're about to fall... ;(

I can't just sit back and watch yourself destroy yourself.
It's killing me inside and it's literally killing you.

Pain, slowly goes away
scars are a constant reminder

I may be smiling on the outside,
But inside I'm dying.
I may say that I'm ok,
But honestly I'm lying.

But that doesnt mean the tears dont shed.
I may act like I'm enjoying life
When really I want to be dead.

Somedays I"m sad.. Other days I just hide it well.

If there are really 6.7 billion people in the wrld ,
then why the hell am i feel so alone .?
