There's a man always by my side
When I am going through things...
Face turned to the sky
knees on the ground...
Every night after the day,
We lay down in bed and to God we pray...
I don't belong here,
I never will...
I'VE BEEN THROUGH PAIN, ALMOST GONE INSANE; AND...
I CAN FEEL HIS LOVE, THROUGH MY STIFF WOODEN BODY...
"God," I ask,"where are you...
I pull my knees up to my chest...
Tears roll down His porcelain cheeks, pain...
And as He wipes away those pain stricken tear...
You saved my life
took me in...
I have in my hand two boxes
which God gave me to hold...
I once knew a preacher,
who preached a great deal...
So perfect is nature, though not by man;
It's the brush of our master that paints the land...
