Warm sunlight bathes the weary soul

The more you draw them,
the more you get to know them...
From all the bad things I went through,
From all the misery and pain I had...
I wonder if the Israeli army
bomb children in the sabbath day too...
In the shadows of the mind, it lurks unseen,
A silent storm, a ghostly scream...
I admit I'm not the best,
Was never the best, put to the test...
I went from north to south and west to east
Just to find the thing they called 'Peace...
Silence spreads thickly like cream on jam filled...
as rose tinted memories flood mind longing for...
