They say love is all that matters, love conquers...
But, sometimes even the strongest emotion falls...
His palm became my dictionary
emended by pastel lines...
On this poem
I write the tears...
{Verse 1}
She stared out the window at the Vegas lights...
Line after line, scrawled across the page in blue...
Words bleeding onto paper, describing a life...
Razor kissed wrists
Blood runs slow...
She hides the bruises once again
By putting on long sleeves...
Crawling in my body, it's a demon that won't leave
A slayer so well hidden, destined to deceive...
Look away
Act as if it isn't killing you...
They look in my direction
But they don't see a thing...
Fairytales and daydreams,
Just illusions before my eyes...
Haunting every feeling
Leaving cracks upon my heart...
So I heard about you and your new gurl
I hope shes what you wanted in this world...
The Perfect Little Girl
How happy this girl seems to be...
On One December Morning
Before she drove herself to school...
The Tears Of A Mother
The pain in her heart remains in her eye...
She sits in the middle of English class
Staring at the clock as the minutes pass...
With broken roses in her hands
She pulled petals one by one...
I look at the clock,
it says 1:41...
Across the room they seem to see
A smiling girl who looks like me...
I don't know if this poem is any good... I'm just...
I thought things were good now...
He moved to a new town,
felt like he was lost...
A million silent tears
Poured from the gray sky...
I fear that twenty years from now
I'll start to feel despaired...
She's holding on your hand
He's holding on to mine...
I smile every single day
I'm happy in each photograph...
I see you with her
You ask if I care...
If you are reading this
I want you to know...
I go to school with a smile on my face
Seem so together, seem so in place...
A shot rings out
blood sprays the wall...
You built these walls around you
To try to encage yourself...
Silently
We were out for walk when I turned her way...
Lonely and hurt,
Broken I remain...
I looked into her eyes
I got lost in their depth...
