Flows into God, my incapacity
to overcome the inexorable density...
This poem existed
in the future...
If there's a chance to try again
This time blocking out the pain...
Think of the little things God has done for you
Things you take for granted and you fail to...
I cast off my coat and my troubles at my door
My ambition seemed simpler in years before...
I drank from the bottle of your lies
Told myself that you'd always be here...
You run upon the lavas of all your fears,
though...
I didn't know
who I was...
Walking along the sandy shore
salt water lapping at bare feet...
Is snow heavy or light
a dandelion's weightless flight...
I follow the sunlight through my shadow;
breaking a smile in my broken conundrum...
We journey
from the devastated Earth...
