b a r k i n g...
The nights are starting to stretch into early
evenings – where there once was a boundless...
you thought walls don’t move
but they do...
Tail bent and buckled
Body painted with tyre marks...
Shivering heather
awaken to misty moors...
I long for you to be with me
like dew on grass at morning free...
eyes that only dream of you,
bore holes in others searching...
A wild horse
races across a nearly...
There are days when words
go bumper to bumper with...
we can only live for so long
on a scorched planet...
